The article discusses ways to manage conflicts in organizations and work groups of projects. Conflict management is included as an integral part one the general functions - according different opinions, either function administration or coordination. However, any case, importance resolving order achieve goals project undeniable. All approaches defining a style set specific actions for managing are on scale preferences, from caring people about solving given problem. There five main approaches: cooperation, competition, evasion, accommodation (unilateral concession) compromise (mutual concession).
